So many reasons to make your own dressings and their all around supporting your health, waist line and weight goals.
8 ounces frozen strawberries (aka a big handful)
2 tablespoons honey (feel free to decrease to taste)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Blend all together in a food processor or blender or even a bullet until combined. You will want to make a double batch.
I combined it in our Koolaid To Kale 4 week meal plan as a spinach salad with red onions and cashews! SO GOOD!!
