Today I am grateful for and appreciate the power of NO.
By saying NO I respect my time.
By saying NO I respect my health
By saying NO I invest in my finances
If you were on the other end of my NO, my wish for you is that you see the value in all aspects of your life and practice a little NO
For the times that I have been on the other end of a NO I am also grateful. I have learned and have trust that
Something better is coming
Something needs to be done differently
So I now wonder, how, when so many good things become of a No how people allow themselves to get sad, angry disappointed. I wonder when, when in time, did No get such a bad rap.
Say YES to your NOS
