Although mornings are my personal best time of the day, Sunday mornings particularly so. Kathy Kaehler calls it “Sunday Set-Up“. If you want to “eat better, look better, feel better” check out her program.
There is that challenge between living in the present and planning ahead. “Those who plan ahead get ahead”. We’re not just talking about in business but in life. For a household to run smoothly, you plan. For your vehicle to run efficiently, you plan maintenance. Most importantly, for your health success you need to plan.
The Sundays in our home are started with my personal planning of menus and meals and the day ends with a family meeting of planning. What’s everyone got on their plate, personal appointments, business appointments, who needs to be where when and how and who can help out. We are a family that is different from many in that we do not over schedule our lives. There is lee way, room for surprises that life sometimes hands us.
A part of my Sunday morning planning includes picking a theme for the week., a focus, a mindset for some growth. This weeks theme in our lives is:
“All life is a chance. So take it! The person who goes furthest is the one who is willing to do and dare.” – Dale Carnegie
