or even thousands of little goals,

So, see, you can set a goal AND achieve it. 2017 is drawing to a close, where are you in your health goals?
The little black dress (ok it can be red or gold or purple), the once or twice a year garment that adores your limbs. The “wow who is that?” dress when you walk into a room. It can speak sexiness or elegance or classy or heck even a little risque. It’s a basic fashion rule that every woman should have a little black dress in their wardrobe.
My idea of THE perfect LBD:
Have you pulled out the little black dress? I personally, have tried mine on several times throughout the year. Spending your days in active wear and leggings can easily let some extra weight creep in without notice. Having that one piece of clothing as a marker (aside from the scale) is great motivation; having the zipper close just an inch higher after each fitting, knowing you can wear it AND enjoy a meal while wearing it – I know you know what I mean by that.
I think my mantra or manifesto for 2017 has been…………”practice makes progress”.
The worse thing about ending a year with unmet goals is the little scar it leaves on your spirit/willpower/psyche. HOW are you suppose to begin a New Year with the shadows of the previous years shortcomings? Well, to that I have to say poppycock!

Are you ready to hit a goal in the last weeks of 2017? If not for at least rocking your little black dress then to jump start 2018 with 5 weeks of discipline and accountability practiced.
