The Power of Song: Why your doctor should be prescribing choir practice

Sunday morning, off to church.  If for nothing else, belt out a tune.  It’s good for you.  But I knew that already after engaging in a Radical Self Love Program.

One of the areas we touched on was the vagus nerve; what it is, why it’s important and how we can EASILY get it working!

Recently, a whole bunch of doctors got together to, test out the deeper benefits of singing…….
“This exciting event has demonstrated the powerful impact singing and, in particular, participating in singing groups can have on people’s wellbeing.”

Dr. Andersen said: “When they sang in harmony with others they felt that it reduced the distance and differences between them and other choir singers and created a really special bond.”
