Exercise To Keep Calm Under Stress

I’m never surprised to read about the benefits of exercise.

It was physical pain in my body that brought me to exercise many moons ago. I believe that when exercise is used for the goal of wellness rather than just weight loss the benefits not only will be lifelong but so will the ability AND the desire to maintain an active lifestyle.

So, yep and huh ha, with a recent article about the benefits of exercise on the brain.

Exercise every day. Regular exerciseincreases your heart and breathing rate, which is linked to chemical changes in the brain that reduce anxiety and increase a sense of well-being. Plus, exercise is believed to improve sleep, ensuring you get adequate rest before a stressful day.

Move better, think better
